Senior project manager in BOSTON

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Boston area team.  As a project manager at White Rhino you’ll be responsible for scoping, leading and delivering a wide range of projects across various disciplines including large interactive projects, customized mobile experiences, and full website re-designs. Your role is to assure the quality of the product and keep the projects on budget, on time and on strategy. The Senior Project Manager interfaces with clients and other departments to facilitate projects in an efficient manner and ensure those projects are accurately scoped and delivered in a comprehensive, accurate and timely fashion.

To succeed in this role, you will need to utilize your extreme organization skills, attention to detail and problem-solving expertise to keep projects on track. On top of that you’ll also need to be a creative advocate, have a passion for technology and exude excellent communication skills.

During the project life cycle, you’ll act as the primary client contact, develop relationships with those contacts and ensure outstanding project execution.

You must be passionate about your craft and get excited by the granular details of your Gantt chart schedule, your weekly status report matrix and checklist apps like Todoist and Wunderlist. You also come to the table with solid marketing or advertising agency experience that demonstrates an ability to lead concurrent projects of varying size and complexity. 

You live and breathe process, but also understand when to let the team spread their wings. You’re a systems thinker, but you know when creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is needed.

You thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven business environment and can demonstrate the leadership and confidence required to move projects forward in a firm but respectful way.

And we are flexible - if you need to work from home for a day here or there, no problem. If you need to bring a child to the office, we'll turn them loose on the Ideapaint walls for a few hours.
